The hotel had friendly and helpful staff, and the breakfast was delicious. The location offered a beautiful view of a nearby volcano, and it was peaceful and quiet at night.
The location was far from the town, which made it difficult to explore the area. The walk to the town was long and unsafe at night, especially for solo travelers.

The location of this charming European-style hotel was great! Nestled in a quiet, secure neighborhood just a few blocks from the center of town, it provided easy access to everything. Our room was beautifully decorated and had high ceilings. the breakfasts were scrumptious and included homemade marmalade. the rooftop terrace was the perfect place to enjoy the stunning views of the city.
The staff struggled with English, resulting in some communication difficulties.
